Young Life Donut Dash 5K
Young Life Donut Dash takes place at Friendship Park in Lake Orion on May 16, 2026. The event includes a main 5K and a 1 Mile Munchkin Fun Run held within the park.
Event features include donut and water stations on course, donuts offered at the finish, and porta potties with bottled water available. Age group medals will be awarded to winners. Costume prizes are listed for Best Team Costume, Best Individual Costume, and Best Pet Costume.

Registration opens January 6 and closes April 29, 2026. Standard registration fees listed are $25 for the 5K and $10 for the Munchkin run. A 5K youth discount of $15 applies to participants 12 years and younger; that youth price increases to $20 after April 30. A race shirt is guaranteed for registrations completed by April 27; additional Donut Dash t-shirts are available for purchase for $12 during registration through April 27. The Munchkin run receives a finisher medal but does not include a shirt.
Pre-race packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, May 15 at Friendship Park from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
