Orange Dirt Trail Series
The Orange Dirt Trail Series is a set of trail races held at Lake McMurtry in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Races start and finish near the Lake McMurtry East Pavilion. Final course maps will be emailed the Monday before race weekend and will include aid station locations. Aid stations and finish line support are available until 4:00pm on race day.
Distances offered:
- 5K (3.1 miles)
- 10K (6.2 miles)
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
- Marathon (26.2 miles)
The event is chip timed. Registration opens July 2 and closes October 1. Registering by September 30 guarantees a t-shirt size. Registration includes a finisher's medal and refreshments at the post-race celebration. Packet pickup is available the evening before at Stonecloud Stillwater Patio & Taproom and on race day at the Lake McMurtry East Pavilion.
Awards go to the top three finishers in female, non-binary, and male categories; winners must collect awards after the race as they will not be mailed.
Camping at Lake McMurtry is available with private and primitive sites; the East Side has restrooms but no showers. Reservations for camping are required through Lake McMurtry.
