Oracle Run
The Oracle Run is the 44th annual running event held to benefit the Oracle Historical Society, a nonprofit educational organization founded in 1977. The event is a fundraiser and includes multiple race distances held on rural roads on the north slope of the Santa Catalina Mountains at about 4,500 feet elevation. The course runs over hilly terrain.

- 1 mile
Registration carries a fee of $45. Oracle Run t-shirts without advertising are included for all 5K and 10K entrants. Awards are presented for overall 5K and 10K men and women, and first through third place in each age division. Additional prizes are provided by local merchants. A best costume award is part of the event and costumes are encouraged. Parking is located near the start area with parking signs on American Avenue. Volunteer opportunities are available to support race operations. Participants are advised to bring weather appropriate layers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
