Arizona Distance Classic
The TMC Arizona Distance Classic is a scenic road running event owned and organized by the Southern Arizona Roadrunners, scheduled tentatively for March 7, 2027 in Oro Valley, Arizona, just north of Tucson. The event benefits St. Luke’s Home.
The event offers multiple course distances:
- Half Marathon
- Quarter Marathon
- 5K
Courses run through the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains. The route is open and fully supported for three and a half hours. Aid stations and cheer groups line the course. At the finish line celebration, each participant receives a souvenir finisher’s medal and post-race refreshments.
The event is described as a celebration of the healthy, active lifestyle and encourages participation by runners and walkers of a range of abilities and body types.
