TMC Arizona Distance Classic: Half Marathon, Quarter Marathon and 5K

The TMC Arizona Distance Classic is a road race event owned by the Southern Arizona Roadrunners, tentatively scheduled for March 7, 2027, in Oro Valley, Arizona, just north of Tucson. The event benefits St. Luke’s Home.

The course runs through the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains and is described as scenic. Aid stations and cheer groups line the course, which is open and fully supported for three and a half hours. The event draws runners and walkers locally and from around the country and encourages participation by people of various shapes, sizes, and abilities.

At the finish line there is a post-race celebration where each participant receives a souvenir finisher’s medal and post-race refreshments. The Southern Arizona Roadrunners provide event organization and partner with local and sponsoring organizations to support the race and race-day operations.
