Event Information
The TMC Arizona Distance Classic takes place on Sunday, March 8, 2026 in Oro Valley, Arizona. The event starts and finishes at Roche Tissue Diagnostics facilities, located at 1910 E Innovation Park Dr.
Distances
The event offers four race options:
- Half Marathon (also includes a wheelchair rider division)
- Quarter Marathon
- 5K
Race Day Schedule
Packet pickup and registration on race day is available from 5:30 AM to 6:45 AM. The Half Marathon starts at 6:30 AM. The Quarter Marathon and 5K events start together at 7:05 AM. The course is open and supported for 3.5 hours, with a planned closure at 10:00 AM. The full event concludes at 11:30 AM.
Additional Details
Packet pickup is also available the day before the race (Saturday, March 7) from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at The Running Shop in Tucson. The race staging area includes food trucks, music, a vendor expo, and other activities. The course features views of the Catalina Mountains, Tortolita Mountains, and Tucson Mountains, and is lined with aid stations and cheer groups. All finishers receive a medal, and the first 1300 registrants receive a commemorative shirt. Overall and age group awards are given for all three main events.
