Event overview
The AZT Oracle Rumble is a trail running event held near Oracle, Arizona, on the north side of the Santa Catalina Mountains and within Oracle State Park. The course is mostly single-track and follows sections of the Arizona National Scenic Trail. Terrain is continuously rolling with frequent climbs and descents. The event offers multiple distances and is organized by the Arizona Trail Association and local trail-running volunteers. The race is cupless: runners are asked to bring a bottle or reusable cup; a 200 ml HydraPak SpeedCup is available for purchase.

The half-marathon and 12K have time cutoffs this year; the 5K will have no time cutoff. Registration closes on Jan 24 at 11:59 PM MT. Registration includes aid-station support, a race shirt, prizes for top finishers, and a medal for every finisher. Refunds are not given; contacting organizers at least two weeks before the event allows applying 75% of registration credit toward another event in the Arizona Trail Endurance Series within the next year. The event benefits trail maintenance and the Arizona Trail. Driving times from Oracle to nearby attractions are listed by organizers for reference.
