On Your Bookmark...GO!
On Your Bookmark...GO! runs from Saturday September 26 to Monday October 5, 2026 at the E.D. Locke Public Library in Mc Farland, WI. It is the library's fourth annual 5K Run/Walk and Kids Dash event.
The event offers four participation options: the library 5K Run/Walk, a Kids' Obstacle Dash, a Kids' Obstacle Dash with a 1/4 mile run, and a Virtual 5K Run/Walk. The Kids' Obstacle Dash follows Milwaukee St and includes features such as bubbles, cones, limbo, and other playful obstacles. Each registered child in the dash events receives a hat and a medal, and parents may join their children at no additional cost.
The Kids' Obstacle Dash with 1/4 mile run begins with a run around the library followed by a lap through the obstacle course; registered participants receive the same hat and medal. 5K Run/Walk participants receive a knitted beanie, a bib, professional timing, and additional items. Strollers and dogs are allowed on the 5K course.
Virtual 5K participants may complete the distance on their own schedule and pick up the knitted beanie and bib during packet pick up or after the event at the library.
