Olde Towne's "Stride for Wellness" CARTER'S GROVE 10K & 5K
Olde Towne's Stride for Wellness takes place on November 7, 2026 at the James City County Government Complex, 101 Mounts Bay Road, Williamsburg VA. The event uses the Carter's Grove Country Road Course, a paved trail, and the 10K and 5K courses are USATF certified. The 10K run is part of the Colonial Road Runners Grand Prix.

Registration opens April 7, 2026. Early bird registration offers a five dollar discount for registrations completed by September 30, 2026. Posted entry fees include forty dollars for 10K events, thirty five dollars for the 5K, and twenty five dollars for the Healthy Hike. Online packet pick up is scheduled at Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center, 5249 Olde Towne Road, Williamsburg, on November 6, 2026 from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm; packets may also be picked up the morning of the event. Onsite check-in and same day registration are available and parking is provided on location.
Awards and recognition include medals for top finishers: top three overall men and women in the 10K run, top three men and women in the 10K race walk, age-group best times in the 10K across multiple age divisions, top three overall in the 5K, and top boy and girl in the Health Hike.
