Olde Towne's "Stride for Wellness" CARTER'S GROVE event on November 7, 2026 includes multiple running and walking events on the Carter's Grove Country Road Course. The course is a paved trail and the 10K and 5K courses are USATF certified. The 10K is part of the Colonial Road Runners Grand Prix.

Registration opens April 7, 2026. Early bird registrants receive a $5 discount if registered by September 30, 2026. Online registration closes the day before the event. Event T-shirts are provided; a size guarantee applies to early registrations.
Logistics and awards
Location: Carters Grove Country Road, 101 Mounts Bay Road, Building F, Williamsburg, VA 23185 (James City County Government Complex). Parking is available on site.
Packet pick-up is available the day before the event at Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center and on race morning. Entry fees listed by event are $40 for the 10K run, $40 for the 10K race walk, $35 for the 5K, and $25 for the Healthy Hike; fees increase for on-site registration.
Awards: medals will be given to the top three overall men and women in the 10K run, the top three men and women in the 10K race walk, best times (men and women) across age groups in the 10K (14-and-under through 75-and-over), top three men and women overall in the 5K run/walk, and top girl and boy in the Healthy Hike.
