Olde Towne's "Stride for Wellness" Carter's Grove 10K | 5K | Fun Run
This event uses the paved Carter's Grove Country Road course near the James City County Government Complex in Williamsburg, VA. The program includes multiple distances and a separate race-walk option. The 10K and 5K courses are USATF certified. The 10K is part of the Colonial Road Runners Grand Prix and the Hampton Roads Super Grand Prix.

Registration opens April 7, 2026 and closes September 30, 2026 for the early-bird period; a $5 discount applies for early registration. Registered participants receive an event T-shirt; size is guaranteed for registrations completed by October 15, 2026. Online registration closes the day before the event; same-day in-person registration is available with a $5 price increase.
Packet pick up is available at Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center on November 6, 2026 and on the morning of the event. Parking is available at the event location.
Awards are given by event: 10K Run awards top three overall men and women plus age-group best times across standard age brackets; 10K Race Walk and 5K Run/Walk award top three overall men and women; the 1 Mile Healthy Hike Fun Run awards the top boy and girl.
