OktoberFest Pumpkin Run
The OktoberFest Pumpkin Run takes place on 10/11/2026 at Woodward Park - Shizen Group Activity Area, 7775 N Friant Rd, Fresno, CA 93720, US. The event is presented as the eighth annual Pumpkin Run and Oktoberfest. It is also the 14th race in the CLASSIC Runner of the Year Series and is worth 10 points.
The course is decorated with scarecrows and pumpkins. Participants who complete a course receive a pumpkin to take home. As part of the Oktoberfest component, beer will be offered.
There are multiple event options:
- 5k Run Walk - 3.1 miles
- 2 Mile (Non-Timed) - 2 miles
- Virtual Run - 3.1 miles
Fees and registration differ by event. The in-person 5k and 2 Mile events list a registration fee of $40.00. The Virtual Run lists a registration fee of $55.00. The virtual option is completed on the participant's own course and schedule; virtual entries are not eligible for awards, results are not official and not posted, and an event shirt and finisher's medal will be mailed automatically within two weeks after the event.
