About the race
The Clovis Turkey Day Run is scheduled for 11/26/2026 in Old Town Clovis, California. The event offers in-person and virtual participation with multiple event formats held on the same day.
Distances and event formats:
- 5K run/walk event.
- 2 miles walk, not timed.
- Virtual Turkey Run, completed on a participant's own course.
- 5K late entry option with no shirt or medal.
The 2 mile walk starts after the 5K participants and is explicitly not timed. The virtual race is self-directed; virtual participants are not eligible for awards, results are not official, and event shirts and medallions are mailed automatically within two weeks after the event. The late entry 5K is offered without a shirt or medal; timing and participant food are provided for that entry type.
Registration details vary by event. Most events open registration on 11/28/2025; the late entry 5K opens registration on 1/1/2026. Registration fees listed for the events range from $30 to $45. The event is presented as a Thanksgiving Day community activity hosted in the Old Town Clovis area. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
