The Wascally Wabbit Trail Race takes place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, in Friant, CA (Finegold Creek Preserve). The event offers two trail distances:
- 10k Trail Run/Walk
- 7k Trail Run/Walk
Entry fee shown is $54 (includes a $4 fee). The posted registration inventory shows 113 spots available for each event and a price increase after October 30, 2025. Race proceeds are designated for Kids Kasa Foster Care and the Sierra Foothill Conservancy.
Venue, course and logistics
The race is held on the Finegold Creek Preserve, also called the Austin and Mary Ewell Preserve at Fine Gold Creek. The preserve was acquired in 2008, protects 718 acres and about 1.5 miles of lower Fine Gold Creek, and is managed by the Sierra Foothill Conservancy. The preserve contains riparian vegetation and habitat for species such as Valley Elderberry Longhorn Beetles, Western Pond Turtles, and the Dutchman’s Pipe Vine Swallowtail butterfly. Course routes are provided online by the organizer.
Early shirt and bib pickup is scheduled for Friday, November 14 at Fleet Feet Sports Fresno from 3:30 to 5:30 pm. Race-day pickup is listed near the start/finish line from 7:00 to 7:50 am.
