- Half Marathon
- Quarter Marathon
- 5K

- Senior Marathon
- Wheelchair division for the marathon, half, and quarter
The Health & Fitness Expo is held at the Oklahoma City Convention Center and includes the Memorial Marathon Store. The Finish Line Festival takes place in Scissortail Park with food trucks, festival amenities, commemorative race photography, and a finish-area gathering for runners and their guests. The Memorial Museum is open during the weekend and offers free admission to those wearing a race bib or with registration confirmation.
Event resources include a mobile app with an interactive course map, hydration station locations, and runner tracking. Race-day logistics mentioned by organizers include a clear-bag gear check policy and designated start-line corrals near the Memorial Museum. Proceeds from the event benefit the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum, and the stated mission is to celebrate life, honor lives lost in the 1995 bombing, and unite the community in hope.
