Event overview
The Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon is a multi-day running event held in downtown Oklahoma City. The 2026 race weekend is scheduled for April 24–26. The event includes several distance options:

- Quarter Marathon - 6.55 miles (10.55 km)
- 5K
- Kids Marathon
- Senior Marathon
Wheelchair divisions are offered for the marathon, half and quarter events. The race’s mission is to celebrate life, reach for the future, honor the memories of those killed in the 1995 bombing and unite the world in hope. Proceeds benefit the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum.
Weekend activities and logistics
Race weekend features a Health & Fitness Expo at the Oklahoma City Convention Center, with the Memorial Marathon Store and packet pickup services. The Memorial Museum offers free entry to participants who show a race bib or registration confirmation during the museum’s open hours on event days. An official event app provides an interactive course map, hydration-station and mile-marker locations, personalized schedules and real-time runner tracking. Gear check requires the clear bag provided at registration; collected bags are available for post-race pickup near the stage at Scissortail Park until the stated pickup time.
