Off-Road Duathlon : Laurel Hill County Park

The Off-Road Duathlon takes place on January 10, 2026, at Laurel Hill County Park in Mount Pleasant, SC. The event is a three-part trail duathlon presented in partnership with local coaching and cycling groups. Distances for the legs are:

Event details and rules

The event is open to participants ages 10 and up; participants ages 10-15 must be accompanied by a registered chaperone. Registration has a stated deadline and shirts are not guaranteed for registrations received after December 22, 2025. Helmets and bibs are required. Earbuds, pets, and strollers are not allowed on course. A transition area will be provided between legs. The bike leg is best suited to knobby, wide-tired bikes. Water stations will be available on course; pre-filled personal water bottles are recommended. Finisher medals will be distributed and awards will be given to top overall and age-group finishers, and first place masters. Trails are natural, unimproved surfaces.
