Event overview
The Off-Road Duathlon takes place on January 10, 2026, at Laurel Hill County Park in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The event is organized in partnership with Anne Moore Endurance Coaching and Mt. Pleasant Velo. Registration is required in advance; race day registration is not available. Participants must be at least 10 years old, and those aged 10-15 must be accompanied by a registered chaperone.
Race format and logistics
The event is a three-part off-road duathlon with the following legs:
- 2-mile run
- 7-mile bike
- 2-mile run
Helmets and bibs are required. A transition area will be used between legs. Earbuds, pets, and strollers are not allowed on the course. The bike leg is best suited for knobby, wide-tired bikes. Water stations will be available on course; pre-filled personal water bottles are recommended. Finisher medals will be distributed, and awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers overall and by age group, plus first place masters.
Location and accessibility
The trails at Laurel Hill County Park are natural, unimproved surface. Accessible parking is not available at the event; an accessible porta-let will be onsite. Directions note the Laurel Hill County Park event entrance off Hwy 41 North from US 17. Shirt sizes are not guaranteed for registrations received after December 22, 2025.
