Event Details

The Oasis Donut Dash Run is a road running event sanctioned by the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA). It takes place at Bob Wentz Park on Lake Travis in Austin, Texas.

Distances

The event offers two distances:

  • RRCA Texas State Championship 5 Mile (8K)
  • 5K Run, Walk, or Ruck

The 5-mile distance is the official 2026 RRCA Texas State Championship race.

Course and Location

The course follows scenic, sandy paths along the Lake Travis shoreline at Bob Wentz Park. The route is set within the Texas Hill Country and provides views of the waterfront.

Participant Information

All participants receive a custom-designed finisher's medal. A gourmet donut station with locally-made donuts and refreshments is available at the finish line. Participants also get access to a digital fitness resource pack with training tips.

Registration includes entry to Bob Wentz Park, which features a sandy peninsula called "The Point," covered picnic areas, restrooms, shower facilities, and swimming access to Lake Travis. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
