The Oasis Donut Dash is scheduled for Sunday, November 1, 2026, at Bob Wentz Park, 7144 Comanche Trl, Austin, TX 78732. The event is officially sanctioned by the Road Runners Club of America. Distances offered include:
- 5 Mile (8K) : serves as the RRCA Texas State Championship distance
- 5K : designated as Run, Walk or Ruck
The 5-Miler includes championship awards, with cash prizes for overall male and female winners and special medals for Open, 40+, 50+, 60+, and Adaptive divisions (male and female). Registration fee includes park entry.
Facilities and participant benefits
Courses follow lakeside and sandy paths along the Lake Travis shoreline at Bob Wentz Park. Park features noted in the event information include "The Point" sandy peninsula, covered picnic areas, swimming access, restrooms and shower facilities, and sand volleyball courts. Well-behaved dogs on leash are allowed in designated areas; dogs are not permitted on The Point. The park accepts cash only for spectator purchases and some amenities.
Participant provisions listed by the organizer include a custom challenge coin or medal, a gourmet donut station at the finish, free race photos, and access to a digital fitness resource pack with running tips and a 4-week training plan. Every registered runner receives one complimentary drink at the Oasis Texas Brewing Company, located 450 feet above Lake Travis.
