Green Corn Run (Oakville Summer Series August)
The event on August 1, 2026, in Moulton, AL at 1219 Co Rd 187 includes a 5K Run/Walk and a 1 Mile Fun Run for children. Registration opens May 20, 2026. Pre-registration has a $25 fee and closes at midnight on July 8; pre-registered participants by that date are guaranteed a tee shirt. Late entry is available on race day for $30.

The 5K is organized with male and female age group awards. Medals are awarded to the top three finishers in many adult age brackets and to the top five finishers in several youth brackets. Trophy awards for the 5K include overall finisher, Masters winner (ages 40 to 49), Grand Masters winner (ages 50 to 59), and Senior Grand Masters winner (ages 60 and over).
The 1 Mile Fun Run has awards by age group for children. In the 0 to 6 age group each participant receives a medal and the top overall finisher receives a trophy. In the 7 to 10 age group the overall finisher receives a trophy and the second and third place finishers receive medals.
