Oak Bay Half Marathon
The event takes place at Windsor Park field on Windsor Road in Victoria, British Columbia on May 24, 2026. This is the 20th edition of the Oak Bay Half Marathon and it features multiple race formats on the same day.
The course starts at Windsor Park field, passes through Oak Bay's shopping district and then follows an out-and-back seaside route along Beach Drive. For participant safety, the Municipality of Oak Bay and the Oak Bay Police Department have provided full road closures on the route so runners can use full lanes during the race.
The event lists a four hour time limit for the main course. It is presented by Virgin Radio and Frontrunners. Fundraising is part of the event with beneficiary organizations including CFAX Santa's Anonymous, Children's Health Foundation of Vancouver Island and Victoria Hospice; the listed funds raised are CA$3,926 toward a CA$9,073 goal.
The registration policy states no refunds or deferrals are allowed for 2026, refund protection insurance can be purchased during registration, and registration transfers to another person are permitted until May 15, 2026 for an administrative fee.
