NYCRUNS Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon
The NYCRUNS Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon is scheduled for April 25, 2027 in Brooklyn, NY. The half marathon course begins in North Brooklyn neighborhoods including Williamsburg and Greenpoint, runs along the East River waterfront under the Williamsburg, Manhattan, and Brooklyn Bridges, travels historic concourses such as Fulton Street and Flatbush Avenue, and finishes in Prospect Park.
The course is USATF certified and will be electronically timed using the MYLAPS Bibtag system. Timing split points, clocks, bathrooms, medical support, and nine fluid stations are provided along the route; fluid stations are located roughly one to one and a half miles apart. Prospect Park Track Club will provide pace teams between 1:30 and 3:00. Start waves and corrals are assigned based on the pace entered in the runner profile.
Event amenities include an official participant shirt picked up at the pre-race Expo unless mailed, a collector finisher medal, post-race water and electrolyte fluids, a New York State apple, and a bagel. Bag check is available only at the pre-race Expo and requires a single clear bag (18" x 24"). Bib and shirt mailing is available for $35 to domestic addresses only.
Registration pricing examples: Through August 26 members $126 non-members $140; through October 28 members $144 non-members $160. NYCRUNS members receive a 10% discount and specific member deferral benefits. Handcycle and wheelchair divisions are accommodated.
