NYCRUNS Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon : April 26, 2026

The event is a half marathon in Brooklyn, NY, held on Sunday, April 26, 2026. The USATF-certified course finishes in Prospect Park. Results will be emailed and posted online. Awards are given to the top three male, female, and non-binary finishers overall (by gun time) and to the top three in each age group from 19 and under to 80 and over.

Course, timing and on-course services

The course passes North Brooklyn waterfront areas and goes under the Williamsburg, Manhattan, and Brooklyn Bridges, then through Fulton Street, Flatbush Avenue, Grand Army Plaza, and into brownstone Brooklyn before the Prospect Park finish. Electronic timing uses the MYLAPS Bibtag system with split points and clocks. Hydration stations and restrooms will be available every 1-2 miles. Medical support will be provided throughout the course. Pace teams are offered for 1:30 to 3:00 paces.

Entry, amenities and policies

Entry prices vary by date; member prices range from $99 to $139.50 and non-member prices range from $110 to $155 depending on registration period. Race shirt pickup is at the pre-race Expo unless the bib and shirt mailing option is selected for $35. Finishers receive a collector’s medal and post-race refreshments including water, electrolyte fluids, bagels, and fruit. One complimentary race photo is provided, with additional photo packages available for purchase. Bag check is available at the Expo only and requires one clear bag. Handcycle and wheelchair divisions are included and athletes will receive arrival details before the race. NYCRUNS members have specific deferral and withdrawal benefits.
