Event Overview

The NV CattleWomen Ranch Run 5k is a running event scheduled for Saturday, August 1, 2026. It takes place in Schulenburg, Texas, with activities starting at Wolter's Park.

Race Details

The 5K event starts at 7:30 AM and will be chip-timed. The course begins and ends just outside the Schulenburg Festival grounds and winds through the town. The start and finish line is outside the Wolter's Park gate. Results will be live on the Its Your Race app and available on-site via a scrolling results monitor and printout kiosk.

Awards will follow the completion of the 1 mile fun run/walk. The top overall male and female finishers will receive a $25 Beef Gift Certificate. The top three male and female finishers in nine different age groups will receive medals.

Registration & Logistics

Packet pick-up and registration is at the Wolter's Park Pavilion from 6:00 AM. On-site registration closes at 7:00 AM. The entry fee for the 5K Run is $35 for adults and $25 for participants aged 19 and under. The fee for the 1 mile fun run/walk is $20. An additional $5 is charged for all race-day registrations. Participants must register by July 17, 2026, to be guaranteed an event shirt.
