Event Overview
The NV CattleWomen Ranch Run 5k is an annual community event held in Schulenburg, Texas. The race begins and ends just outside the Wolter's Park gate, with the course winding through the local town. Participant proceeds from the event are directed toward the Navidad Valley CattleWomen scholarship fund.

Course and Timing Details
The 5 km distance utilizes chip timing provided by Run Texas Timing Services. Results are accessible via a mobile application, on-site scrolling monitors, and physical kiosks. Participants receive an email finisher certificate following the event.
Registration and Awards
Registration is open for different age categories, including adults and youth participants aged 19 and under. Those who register by the mid-July deadline are guaranteed an event shirt. Awards are presented after the conclusion of the 1 mile walk. The top overall male and female finishers receive beef gift certificates. Medals are also awarded to the top three male and female finishers in various age groups, ranging from 10 and under to 70 and above. Special prizes are available for specific categories such as the participant who traveled the farthest, the oldest runner, the youngest runner, and the largest family group.
