Event Details

The Bluff Spasslauf is a 5k fun run taking place on May 16, 2026, in La Grange, Texas. This is the event's second annual edition. It is a point-to-point course, starting in downtown La Grange and finishing at the top of the bluff at the Kreische Brewery & Monument Hill State Historic Sites. The run occurs on the morning of the Bluff SchuetzenFest.

Registration & Participation

Registration is open to participants aged 12 and over. There are 150 spots available, with registration opening on March 1, 2026. Prizes are awarded for first place in the Adult and Youth categories. Additional contests include one for the Best German (SchuetzenFest) Costume and a beer stein holding contest.
