Bluff Spasslauf 5K
The Bluff Spasslauf is the third annual point to point 5K run from downtown La Grange to the top of Kreische Brewery and Monument Hill State Historic Sites on the bluff. The event takes place on May 16, 2026, in La Grange, Texas, at 414 Texas 92 Spur, 78945.
Registration for the event opens March 4, 2026 and closes April 16, 2026. The registration fee is $40.00. Prizes are awarded for first place Adult and Youth, Best German SchuetzenFest costume, and beer stein holding.
Race entry includes a Bluff Spasslauf 5K race shirt, a commemorative decal, a plastic stein, and a swag bag. Race admission also includes access to the Bluff SchuetzenFest Heritage Festival on race day. An optional add-on is available for upgraded beer service at the Texas History on Tap Beer Fest during the festival.
