14th Annual Nut Run 5K Run/Walk
The 14th Annual Nut Run is a 5K run and walk held on March 28, 2026 at the Green Valley Pecan Company in Sahuarita, Arizona. The course runs through pecan orchards and uses private dirt roads between the orchard fields, offering runners a route under the trees and views of the farm. No dogs are allowed on the course.
The event is part of the Orchard Series and is USATF sanctioned. Chip timing will be used and awards are given to the top three finishers in age and gender divisions as well as masters runners. A pancake breakfast provided by the Green Valley Firefighters Association will be available and features pecans from the farm.
Registration pricing is listed at $40 for all participants with an increase to $45 starting February 26, 2026. A free T-shirt is guaranteed for preregistrations received by March 8, 2026, and a free 50/50 T-shirt is guaranteed for registrations received by March 9, 2026. Proceeds from the run will benefit a local non profit group.
