About the race
A community memorial 10 km run along the Charles River in Cambridge, Massachusetts, scheduled for September 27, 2026. The route is a 10 km loop around the Charles River Basin, beginning on the Cambridge riverbank across from MIT and finishing at the Night Shift Beer Garden on the Esplanade.
The event is organized as an informal community run with no timing chips and no competitive pressure, open to participants at all paces. Registration is priced at $20; after event costs are covered, proceeds will be donated to the family of the person being remembered.
