Nuclear Fit
Nuclear Fit is an outdoor fitness race held at Kelvedon Hatch, Brentwood, Essex. The format pairs six 1 km trail runs with sequential functional fitness stations so each lap includes a short trail run followed by a workout.

Event formats include Individual, Doubles, Relay and Pro, plus a Rookies category for children. The main Fit categories carry a minimum age of 16. Events are scheduled in May, July and September.
Functional fitness stations are part of each lap and include tyre flips, plough pulls, milk churn carries, duck and throw, squat and lift and a farmer urn carry. Weights, distances and rep targets vary by category and are specified for each station. Competitors receive chip timing with splits for each run and workout station.
Race services and event features listed for participants and spectators include chip timing, trophies for first, second and third male and female finishers, a finisher medal, free spectator access and free on site parking.
