Hot Cocoa Crush 5K Eisenhower NSRF
The event features an in-person 5K run held at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow, New York, with a separate free Kids Dash to the Finish held prior to the main race. The course is based in Merrick Lands / Eisenhower Park and a certified course map is available.
Amenities include an informal bag check area in the staging zone, portable bathrooms within a few minutes' walk of the start and finish, and hydration at the finish line. Postrace refreshments are provided by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. Event gear such as a Hot Cocoa Crush tee is offered.
A virtual participation option allows entrants to log a time and up to five photos during a one-week window that begins on the event start date; virtual participants receive mailed items when race gear ships. Bib distribution includes in-person pickup from event staff on race day and a mailed-bib option for an additional fee if registration is completed at least ten days before the event. Guidance for bib placement specifies wearing the bib on the mid-torso, visible and secured with four pins or equivalent.
Age-group recognition and trophies or awards are listed for overall top finishers and for standard age divisions from 14 and under through 90 plus.
