Comic Run 5K Eisenhower Park NSRF
The event is a themed road race at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow, NY, held on a certified 5K course that uses park bike paths in the Merrick Lands area. Participants may dress as superheroes or villains for the themed atmosphere. The event includes a finisher medal and a themed event tee.
Amenities listed for the event include an informal bag check area, nearby restroom access within a few minutes' walk of the start and finish, hydration at the finish line, and refreshments provided by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. A virtual participation option is available; virtual entrants have from the first day of the event and a full week to log a time and upload up to five photos, and event items begin shipping on the first day of the event.
Bib options include in-person pickup with event staff or mailed bibs for a fee of $10 if registration occurs at least 10 days before the event. The organizer provides guidance on proper bib placement to ensure accurate timing reads. Age group online recognition lists top finishers overall and by age categories, with top placements for both female, male, and nonbinary divisions across multiple age bands.
