NSRF Brooklyn St. Patrick's 5K, 10K & Half Marathon : Brooklyn, NY
The event takes place at Veterans Memorial Pier (Shore Rd & Bay Ridge Ave) on March 15, 2026 and runs rain or shine. Distances offered include in-person and virtual options:
- 5K run/walk, one loop out and back
- 10K run/walk, two loops out and back
- Half marathon, four loops with two U-turns
The course follows a boardwalk along the shore with views of the Verrazano Bridge. Wheelchair participants are welcome but the course includes several tight 180-degree turns that may limit suitability. Half marathon runners must pass both turnaround checkpoints on each loop for accurate split and finish times. Water and hydration stations are provided for half marathoners at the turnaround near the start/finish and at the start/finish area.
Event amenities include an informal bag check area, nearby bathrooms within a few minutes walk, finish-line hydration, a race tee and a finisher medal. Pacers are available. Volunteers will take photos and free same-day finish-line photos and video are provided. A bib mailing option is available for an additional fee if registered in advance; virtual participants receive shirt, medal and name on the bib and have a full week to log their time and upload photos.
