NSCCL round 4 Keele
NSCCL is a North Staffs Cross Country League with traditional cross country courses in North Staffordshire and South Cheshire. Round 4 is one of four races in the league and is scheduled for 19 Dec 2026. Scoring is based on finishing position and applies to both team and individual competitions.
Scores from all four races count in all age groups. For senior individuals all four races count; for age groups under 17 the best three of four races are used. League rules require competitors to be first claim members of an affiliated club and club colours must be worn where applicable. Age categories are calculated from date of birth and based on age on 31st August; for Under 11s entrants must be at least nine years old on race day.
Team scoring counts vary by category: Under 11s/13s/15s/17s require three to count for both sexes; Senior Division 1 requires six to count for men and four for women; Senior Division 2 requires four to count for both sexes; Vets (Over-35s) require six men and four women to count; Vets (Over-50s) require four to count for both sexes. For senior leagues the bottom two teams in Division 1 are relegated and the top two teams in Division 2 are promoted.
