NSCCL round 4 - Keele
This event takes place on 19 Dec 2026 as round four of the North Staffs Cross Country League. The league uses traditional cross country courses in North Staffordshire and South Cheshire and comprises four races with scoring based on finishing position for both team and individual competitions.
Team scoring rules require a set number of counters by age and sex. For age groups under 17 the score counts the best three of four races; for seniors all four races count. Team counters include three to count for the under 11s/13s/15s/17s, senior Division 1 six to count for men and four to count for women, senior Division 2 four to count for both sexes, vets over 35 six men four women, and vets over 50 four to count for both sexes.
Under the league rules, competitors must be first claim members of an affiliated club and club colours must be worn if a club member. Age categories are calculated from date of birth and assigned according to age on 31 August. The juniors sign-up page covers entrants aged 9 to 16; under 11s must be at least 9 on race day.

- Seniors 17 plus: male 8000m, female 5000m
- Under 11s: male 2000m, female 2000m
- Under 13s: male 3500m, female 2000m
- Under 15s: male 4500m, female 3500m
- Under 17s: male 5000m, female 4500m
