About the race
Norwich hosts the Inflatable 5K Obstacle Course at the Royal Norfolk Showground on Dereham Road, New Costessey, Norwich NR5 0TT. The event offers 2.5K, 5K, 10K and 15K distances, with the 5K route featuring 30 gigantic inflatable obstacles and five pumping music zones to boost participants around the course. Described as the world’s biggest and craziest inflatable 5K, the course is designed for jumping, bouncing, sliding and swinging in a lively, team-friendly atmosphere.
The 2.5K lap structure scales for longer distances, and notable obstacles include Start Mountain, The Crawler, The Holes, Holy Moly, Duck N Dive, Viper, The Vortex, The Growler, Swing Shot, Beast, Crash Bang, The Mangle, The Slapper, Temple of Doom, The Web, The Demon and The Boss.
