Event overview
The Inflatable 5K Obstacle Course will take place in Norwich on Saturday 17 October 2026 at the Royal Norfolk Showground, Dereham Rd, New Costessey, Norwich NR5 0TT. The event offers multiple distance options and repeated laps of a 2.5 km course. Distances available are:
- 2.5 km
- 5 km
- 10 km
- 15 km
Laps and obstacle counts are: 1 lap / 15 obstacles for 2.5 km, 2 laps / 30 obstacles for 5 km, 4 laps / 60 obstacles for 10 km, and 6 laps / 90 obstacles for 15 km. The 5 km layout includes three new obstacles compared with previous editions. The course setup includes five music zones and a variety of named inflatable obstacles such as Start Mountain, The Crawler, The Vortex and The Boss.
Facilities, rules and extras
On-site facilities include toilets, food and drink vendors, and a midway water station. Parking is charged at £5 per car; bag drop is available for £3 per bag with size limits and security searches. Dogs are not permitted. Age categories are Adult (16+) and Child (5 to 15 years); children must be accompanied by paying participating adults at a maximum ratio of three children per adult.
