The event in Norwich, Norfolk is an inflatable obstacle course held over a repeating 2.5 km lap. Participants can choose from four distances: 2.5k, 5k, 10k, and 15k. Each lap contains giant inflatable obstacles, including slides and tunnels; lap and obstacle counts are 1 lap / 15 obstacles for 2.5k, 2 laps / 30 obstacles for 5k, 4 laps / 60 obstacles for 10k, and 6 laps / 90 obstacles for 15k.
The run is non timed and features five music zones along the route, a midway water station, finishers' medals, a goodie bag, event photography, and basic medical cover. The route is clearly marked and there is a free spectators area. Toilets are provided at the venue and food and drink vendors will be available on site.
Practical arrangements include paid parking at £5 per car, a bag drop service at £3 per bag with size limits and bag searches, and an e-ticket requirement for bib collection. Dogs are not allowed. Children aged 5 to 15 must participate with a paying adult at a maximum ratio of three children per adult; participants are categorised as adults (16+) and children (5 to 15 years).
