Norwich Inflatable 5K Obstacle Course - Event details
The Inflatable 5K Obstacle Course takes place at the Royal Norfolk Showground, Dereham Rd, New Costessey, Norwich NR5 0TT on Saturday 17 October 2026. The course is a 2.5 km lap. Distances offered are:
- 2.5 km - 1 lap, 15 obstacles
- 5 km - 2 laps, 30 obstacles
- 10 km - 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15 km - 6 laps, 90 obstacles
The 5 km layout includes 30 inflatable obstacles and five music zones. The event lists a range of named obstacles and states three additional new obstacles have been added for this edition.
Entry, facilities and rules
Entry categories are Adult (16+) and Child (5 to 15 years). Children aged 5-15 must be accompanied by a paying participating adult with a maximum ratio of 3 children to 1 adult. Group discounts and family tickets are available; discounts for charities are also offered. Ticket Protect can be added for a refund in certain circumstances.
Parking is charged at £5 per car. Bag drop is £3 per bag; bags must be small and will be searched. Dogs are not allowed. Toilets, food and drink vendors, and a water station midway on the route are provided. Volunteers receive one free run entry, a T-shirt and a tote bag.
