Event
Northern Beaches Triathlon Series - Race 2 is part of the Warringah Triathlon Club 2025/2026 series. The race is scheduled for 14 December 2025 at Scenic Drive, Manly, on North Head in the Sydney Harbour National Park. The club states the venue offers minimal traffic and flat bike and run sections. The event includes timing chips, course marshals, raffle prizes, refreshments and a free barbecue for competitors, volunteers and supporters. There is no race day registration; registration closes at midnight the Saturday before the race. It takes approximately 30 minutes to walk from transition to the race start at Collins Beach.
Race formats and entries
The event offers triathlon and duathlon formats in Enticer and Sprint distances:
- Triathlon Enticer: Swim 375 m, Run 2 km, Cycle 12 km, Run 2.5 km
- Triathlon Sprint: Swim 750 m, Run 2 km, Cycle 21 km, Run 5 km
- Duathlon Enticer: Run 2.5 km, Cycle 12 km, Run 2.5 km
- Duathlon Sprint: Run 2.5 km, Cycle 21 km, Run 5 km
Juniors under 14 on race day may only enter the Enticer. Athletes under 16 are classed as juniors; athletes over 60 receive a 50% discount. Race results are electronically timed and published by segment. Podium prizes, series handicap awards and lucky-draw prizes are awarded.
