Event overview
The North Shore 5th Annual Turkey Trot takes place on Thursday, November 27, 2025, in Pasadena, MD (1199 Long Cove Rd, 21122). The event includes two race options:
- 5K Turkey Trot
- 1-ish Mile Fun Run/Walk
All registration proceeds support the beautification of the North Shore community.
Race logistics and policies
Both races start and finish at the beach. The 5K course runs through the neighborhood. Strollers and well-behaved dogs are allowed; participants are asked to clean up after pets. Post-race refreshments include coffee, donuts, and apple cider. Winners receive a frozen turkey donated in their name to a local food bank.
Registration information shown lists a fee of $16.90 (including a $1.90 processing fee) and a registration deadline of November 27, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. Participants are asked to walk or use a golf cart if possible; otherwise parking is available at the beach. A course map is available on MapMyRun. The race organizer may delay, modify, postpone, or cancel the event for severe weather or other safety concerns; such cancellations are treated as an act of god and entry fees are not refundable.
