Event Overview
The Naptown Half Marathon & 10K/5K takes place in Annapolis, Maryland. This holiday themed event, known as the Holiday Hustle, starts at the US Naval Academy Stadium located at 550 Taylor Avenue. The routes lead participants through downtown Annapolis, with the longest distance utilizing the Baltimore-Annapolis trail.
Race Distances
Participants can choose from three different distances:
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
- 10K (6.2 miles)
- 5K (3.1 miles)
Course Details and Features
The half marathon course is USATF certified. Changes to the half marathon and 10K routes direct runners toward Bladen Street and College Avenue. The 5K features a new course designed to align with the other race distances.
The event includes holiday festivities such as a visit from Santa Claus and the distribution of Santa hats to all participants. Prizes are awarded to runners wearing festive holiday attire. A White Elephant gift exchange is available for those who bring a wrapped or unwrapped gift valued under $10 to place under the event tree. This exchange operates on an honor system where those who provide a gift may take one in return.
Community Partnership
