Live split tracking is provided at each turn and halfway point on each lap (splits every 1.6375 miles) and the event is RaceJoy-enabled. There are three aid stations, two on-course bag drop locations (Roosevelt Park and the Lake Country Trail at Silver Cedar Rd), permanent pre-race restrooms at the south end of Roosevelt Park, and two on-course porta-potties. Awards include top overall male and female handcrafted awards, top three in 5-year age groups receive a "woodle," and all finishers receive a finisher medal. Race shirts are gender-specific drire‑wick; shirts are guaranteed for those registered by April 10 and female shirts run small. An early start option is available only for marathon participants; early starters receive a chip time but are not eligible for age group or series awards. Participants must stop when the course is officially closed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
