Event overview
Noon Year’s Eve takes place on December 31, 2025 in Oconomowoc, WI at Meadow View Elementary School, 1500 Whalen Dr. The event includes the following distances:
- Kiddos 1K - free; open to ages 12 and under.
- 5K Run - entry fee $37.50 (price increases after December 15, 2025).
- 1.5 Mile Walk - entry fee $37.50 (price increases after December 15, 2025).
Courses: the Kiddos 1K is contained within the school grounds. The 1.5 Mile Walk follows paths around nearby parks. The 5K combines paths and neighborhood roads. Organizers describe all courses as flat.
Additional information
A large, heated building will be available for use before and after the outdoor activities. Activities scheduled include games with make-and-take kits, music, a selfie station, finish photos posted after the event, and an official ball drop from the Western Lakes Fire Department ladder truck at noon. Every participant receives a custom Finisher Woodle made from recycled local wood. Race shirts are cotton unisex and are guaranteed for participants registered by December 17, 2025; the Kiddos 1K does not include a shirt. Packet pick-up requires an email receipt with a scannable QR code. Hot chocolate will be sold for $2 cash, with proceeds donated to the Downtown Oconomowoc Christmas Lights Fund.
