NoCo Half Marathon & 10K
The NoCo Half Marathon & 10K is an annual road run held at Boyd Lake State Park in Loveland, Colorado. This is the sixth annual running of the event. The course follows wide, well maintained paved walkways with about three quarters of a mile on off road surfaces and offers lake and wildlife views. The route has very little elevation gain and is described as a flat course.
Distances offered:
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
- 10K (6.2 miles)
Both courses share the same aid stations, which provide water, snacks, and an electrolyte drink in 100 percent biodegradable cups. All aid stations also include dog water bowls. Athletes have assigned waves with individual start times rather than a single gun start. The event is USATF sanctioned and promoted as a 100 percent plant based event.
Event services and amenities include athlete shirts, race bibs, finisher medals, professional chip timing, free event photos, post race food and drinks, and local craft beer provided by Loveland Aleworks. Parking is organized with volunteers; lots are within a short walk of the start and finish areas and a parking pass is required with the race bib. Bib pickup is available the day before the race at Boyd Lake State Park before the gate and on race morning at the start area. Registration opens in January 2027 and fees vary by distance and registration date. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
