Family Run and Walk in Auburn
The Noah's 5K Duck Dash/Walk is a community sports event held at Roegner Park in Auburn, Washington. This event serves to honor the legacy of Noah Lee while raising funds for the Noah Lee Legacy Foundation. The proceeds contribute to support for families traveling for pediatric cancer treatments and fund research for neuroblastoma.
The race follows a primarily flat course along a stroller-friendly trail. While the route includes one hill, much of the path is shaded by trees and runs alongside the White River. Participants can choose between an in-person event or a virtual option. In-person participants receive a T-shirt, a bib number, and chip-timed results.
Available event distances and formats include:
- 5 km Duck Dash/Walk
- 5 km Virtual Dash/Walk
The event features various community activities, including a DJ with music, face painting, bubbles, and a balloon artist. Attendees can also find a food truck with breakfast options, a bake sale, and lemonade. Parking is available onsite at Roegner Park, with additional space located on Oravetz Road, Millpond Drive, or the nearby high school tennis court parking lot. Medals are awarded to the top three female and male finishers, as well as the top two participants under the age of 18. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
