Event Overview
The Medal Madness event is a running race with three distance options: 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon. The event takes place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the Miccosukee Canopy Road Greenway in Tallahassee, Florida.
Course Details
The course is on a trail surface, not a hard road. All distances follow an out-and-back format on looped segments.
- The 5K involves completing a 0.78-mile out-and-back segment two times.
- The 10K involves completing the same 0.78-mile segment four times.
- The Half Marathon uses a different 1.09-mile out-and-back segment, which runners complete six times.
Event Logistics
Parking is available at the Miccosukee Canopy Road Greenway. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race start. All participants must register online in advance; on-site registration is not available. The course has a time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Participant Perks
