Nightmare on N. St. Mary’s Street 5K Run/Walk : San Antonio, TX
The event is the third annual 5K run/walk held on October 31, 2026 at 1403 N. St. Mary’s Street, San Antonio, TX 78215. The event’s stated purpose is to raise funds for tuition assistance and create opportunities for deserving students.
Registration opens July 7, 2026. Registration tiers are listed as a $30 early fee, $35 starting October 1, and $40 from October 24 through race day. Participants who register by September 15 are guaranteed an event shirt. The organizer notes there are no refunds and the event proceeds regardless of weather.
The race will be timed. Awards include medals for first through third place for men and for women, plus medals for first through third place in a post-race costume contest. Runners are encouraged to wear costumes; costume rules require family-friendly attire in good taste and prohibit face paint, masks, and any fake weapons.
