Night of the 5Ks

Night of the 5Ks is an evening track event organised by Ryston Runners AC on Saturday 18 July 2026 at the athletics track at Lynnsport and Leisure Park, Greenpark Avenue, Kings Lynn, PE30 2NB. The event uses a series of paced, seeded 5K races to group runners by similar ability.

Entrants submit a predicted 5K time as part of entry and are allocated to a seeded wave. Each race includes dedicated pacers for common milestone times and is designed to give runners an official 5K result under an England Athletics event licence, permit number 31496. The organiser states there will be multiple races across the evening and that the final race schedule will be confirmed based on entries.

All finishers receive a medal. Entry fees are listed as EA affiliated £15 and non-affiliated £17. Entries and results are handled via an online booking and timing provider.
