Event overview
The Active Fakenham Town Centre races take place on 05/04/2026 in Fakenham Town Centre. The event includes a 5K race, a 1K Fun Run and a Toddle’n’Trike event for under-fives. The course uses a 1K closed-road circuit through the town centre, allowing spectators to view runners from multiple points. Free parking is available. New for 2026, individual lap times will be provided in addition to overall race times.

Entries, prizes and categories
Online entry is available until the pre-entry limit is reached; entries on the day are offered only if spaces remain. Entries are non-refundable and cannot be deferred. Transfers to another runner are permitted until midnight on 31/03/2026. The 5K has a minimum age of 11. Every participant receives a finisher’s medal. All children receive a branded drawstring Easter goodie bag, fruit and Easter chocolate. Awards will be presented to the winner of each category. The 5K features male and female categories, including open, under-18 and multiple veteran age bands up to 70+.
