Nicky Nook Fell Race

The Nicky Nook Fell Race is a midweek fell running event held near Scorton and Nicky Nook, close to Garstang, UK. The course covers approximately 5 miles (8 km) with an elevation gain of 1000 feet (310 meters), offering scenic views of the surrounding countryside. The route is partially flagged, with a special off-road descent used only on race night by permission.

The race is licensed by the Fell Runners Association and requires participants to carry mandatory safety kit. After the race, runners are treated to free hearty soup and a roll at the Shippon at the Applestore Café, which also offers refreshments and a friendly social atmosphere.
