Event overview
The Drink MO Wine Run takes place on Saturday, May 2, 2026 in Augusta, Missouri. The event offers multiple race options and related activities. Registration items include a blanket, wine cup, finisher medal, a "Passport to Missouri Wine Country," live results, race photos, and a post-race area with music, food, and drinks. There is a VIP spectator ticket option that includes a picnic blanket, wine glass, bib, wine passport, snacks, and drinks (21+).

Course and logistics
Races start in downtown Augusta and follow the town streets before continuing onto the Katy Trail. The 5K and 10K routes turn around on the trail and return to Augusta. Half marathon participants follow the trail into Klondike Park, run on wooded paved trails, loop through the park, and return to the finish near Mount Pleasant Winery. Parking is available at Mount Pleasant Winery and at the Augusta Trailhead lot about 0.4 miles from the start; a trolley will run between the trailhead lot and the start/finish area. Pre-event packet pickup is available the day before at SBR Bikes & Brews in Chesterfield, MO.
Services, rules and awards
Water and electrolyte drink stations are provided on course. Dogs are not permitted on the course except for ADA-defined service animals with prior notice. There is no inclement weather makeup date and no refunds of entry fees; management may alter or cancel the event for safety. Cutoff times: half marathon - 3.5 hours; 1 Mile, 5K, and 10K - 2 hours. Awards are given to top finishers overall and by age group; overall winners in each main distance also receive a bottle of wine and sangria from Noboleis Vineyards.
