Event overview
The Drink MO Wine Run takes place in Augusta, Missouri on Saturday, May 2, 2026. The event offers multiple distances:

The course starts in the historic, hilly town of Augusta, follows local streets to the Katy Trail for flatter running, and returns to Augusta for the finish. The 5K and 10K routes out-and-back on the Katy Trail; the half marathon continues into Klondike Park to use wooded, paved trails before returning to the finish adjacent to Mount Pleasant Winery.
Logistics, aid and awards
Pre-event packet pickup is available on May 1, 2026 at SBR Bikes & Brews in Chesterfield. Packet pickup and the finish area are located near Mount Pleasant Winery in Augusta. Parking options include the Mount Pleasant Winery lot and the Augusta Trailhead lot with trolley service between the trailhead and the start/finish area.
Aid stations on course provide water and an electrolyte drink. Race cutoffs are 3.5 hours for the half marathon and 2 hours for the 1 Mile, 5K and 10K. Dogs are not permitted on course except approved service animals. The event has a no-refund policy for entries.
Awards are given to the top 3 overall male and female finishers and to age-group top 3 in standard age brackets; overall winners also receive wine and sangria from Noboleis Vineyards.
