ABP Newport Marathon Festival
The ABP Newport Marathon Festival is a mass participation running event in Newport, Wales. It offers multiple race distances and is delivered by Run4Wales with support from Associated British Ports and Newport City Council.
The event includes the following races:

- Mile and junior races
The marathon course is reported as one of the flattest marathon routes in the UK. The route passes city landmarks such as the historic castle, the Victorian Market, the Transporter Bridge, the riverfront and the International Sports Village. Marathon and half marathon routes also run through the Gwent Levels, an area noted for coastal wildlife and medieval villages.
The event weekend features additional activity, including a Women’s Running Conference and a Pasta Party the day before race day. The festival also provides an event village with entertainment, race photos and live tracking of results.
