Newcastle Half Marathon & 10k
The event takes place on Sunday, 12 July 2026. The start and finish location is Kingston Park Stadium, which is the home ground of the Newcastle Red Bulls Rugby Union club.
Two distances are offered:
- 10K
- Half Marathon
Both the half marathon and 10K events share a 09:00 start time. The course is a road-closed route that takes runners through countryside lanes around Newcastle Airport and Dinnington.
A time limit of 3 hours is in place for the course due to road closures.
Event Information
The organizing partner for the event is Newcastle Frontrunners, which is described as Newcastle’s biggest inclusive running club.
For participants, entry includes:
