Newark Half Marathon
Newark Half Marathon In Partnership with DB Wood (August 2025) is a RunThrough UK event held at Sconce & Devon Park in Newark-on-Trent. This fast, closed-road half marathon starts on Hawton Road and finishes at the park, looping out through country lanes around Hawton, East Stoke, Elston and Thorpe—a PB-friendly, fast course. The race, with roots dating back to 1982, combines speed-focused racing with a friendly, supportive atmosphere from marshals and an energetic event village offering food, drink and free race photos.
