Sherwood Pines Festive Duathlons 2026

Sherwood Pines Festive Duathlons is an off-road duathlon event organised by Wild Deer Events at Sherwood Pines Forest, Kings Clipstone, Edwinstowe, Mansfield. The site covers extensive Nottinghamshire woodland with activity trails, bike hire and mountain biking routes. The event takes place in December 2026 and is set within a large forested area with statuesque pine trees and connections to Robin Hood history.

Two main duathlon formats are offered and relay options are available. The bike course is suitable for any off road bike. A secure transition area is provided for competitors only; race and bike numbers correspond to racking spots, small bags or boxes are permitted inside transition, bike numbers must be attached and helmets visible before entering, and bib and bike numbers will be checked before exiting transition.

Live chip timing will be used. All finishers receive an event medal, Wild Deer merchandise, mince pies and chocolates, drinks. An exclusive event T shirt is available to purchase for £12 when signing up. There is a subsidised car parking charge on site payable after the event at Forestry England pay machines.
