New Windsor Rodeo Run
The New Windsor Rodeo Run is the 37th annual running event held at the New Windsor Fair grounds in New Windsor, Illinois on August 22, 2026. The event features two distance options:
- 2 Mile Run/Walk
- 4 Mile Run
Both courses start and finish at the east entrance of the rodeo grounds and follow an out and back route on blacktop streets. Mile splits are provided and water stations are located at miles 1 and 3. Timing and scoring are provided by ShaZam Racing.
Awards are given for overall top finishers by gun time (top male and top female) and age group awards by net time. Double dipping between age categories is not allowed. Age-group award categories span youth through senior divisions; the 2 mile lists 9 & under through 70 & over, while the 4 mile lists 14 & under through 70 & over.
