Royal Ball Run for Autism 5K
The Royal Ball Run for Autism takes place in Milan, IL as part of the Royal Ball for All at the Camden Centre on June 19 and June 20, 2026. The event includes multiple running and walking options that serve families and community participants. All 5K participants and Heroes & Highness Walk participants receive a unisex race shirt.

Registration fees vary by event and registration date. Examples from the schedule include a $15 fee for the Prince and Princess Fun Run, a $30 early registration fee for the 5K with a $35 late registration fee, a $15 fee for the Scott Holtan Walk, and a $30 Sleeping Beauty option that provides a race shirt without race participation. Any 5K registrant may participate in the 1/2 mile walk at no extra charge.
Packet pick up and late registration are available at the Royal Ball Run office in Milan on June 17 and June 18, at the Milan Camden Centre on June 19, and on race day near the start and finish area. Awards include overall top three male and female finishers, age group awards with first through third place in each division, and a cash prize for a first place finisher who breaks the course record through the Ericksen Chevrolet Royal Challenge.
