Royal Ball Run for Autism 5K
The Royal Ball Run for Autism is a multi-day event in Milan, IL on June 19–20, 2026 that combines a community 5K run/walk with family activities connected to the Royal Ball for All. The event includes shorter celebration walks and a themed youth fun run held during the family carnival at the Camden Centre.

Registration fees listed by the organizer include a $15 fee for the fun run, a $15 fee for the Walk of Heroes and Highnesses, a $30 regular 5K registration with a later $35 fee for late entries, and a $30 Sleeping Beauty option that provides a race shirt without participating in the race. Packet pick-up and late registration are available at the Royal Ball Run office (222 4th Street, Milan, IL) on June 17 and 18, at the Milan Camden Centre on June 19, and near the start/finish on race day.
Awards are given to the overall top three male and female 5K finishers and to 1st through 3rd places in multiple age divisions. A cash prize is offered for any first place finisher who breaks the male or female 5K course record. All 5K and Walk participants receive unisex race shirts; fun run participants receive a t-shirt and a finisher prize. Proceeds support local autism programs and awareness efforts in the Quad Cities area, with over $400,000 donated to date. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
