The New River Gorge Trail Festival is a multi-day trail running event taking place in and around the town of Fayetteville, West Virginia, within the New River Gorge National Park. The festival offers several race distances.

The courses start in Fayetteville and wind through trails in the national park, featuring views of the river gorge. According to course maps, the elevation gains are 400 ft for the 5k, 1400 ft for the Half Marathon, and 3200 ft for the 50k. Aid stations are available along the courses, with some offering crew access. The race provides packet pickup, and participants can use labeled drop bags.
