New Momentum - THE HANDOFF

New Momentum - THE HANDOFF is a 6 mile team relay held in San Antonio at 203 Eighth St. The event is run by teams of two and includes one required checkpoint called THE HANDOFF. Teams choose their own route between designated checkpoints, so route planning and exchange strategy are part of the event format.

The event offers separate categories for men, women, and coed teams. Each registration includes a race bib (not chipped). A cash prize will be presented to the first place team in each category. The listed registration fee is $40 per team. Registration opens August 30, 2026 and closes September 27, 2026.
