New Harmony Scenic 5K Run/Walk

The New Harmony Scenic 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for October 17, 2026, in New Harmony, Indiana. The course is 3.1 miles and begins in front of the Ribeyre Gymnasium at 603 South Main Street. The route runs around the edge of New Harmony, follows the Wabash River path north of town, and finishes back at the gymnasium. The course is run counter clockwise.

The route is described as very flat and will be mostly shaded at that time of year. Event participants who register by October 1 will receive a shirt.

Awards include a $25 gift certificate for the top male and top female runners. Running age groups receive medals for first and second place, male and female, in these ranges: 1-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and up. Walking results include first and second overall.
