New Harmony Scenic 5K Run/Walk
The New Harmony Scenic 5K Run/Walk takes place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, in New Harmony, Indiana. The course is a 3.1 mile route that begins in front of the Ribeyre Gymnasium at 603 South Main Street and finishes back at the gymnasium.
The route runs around the edge of New Harmony and includes the Wabash River path north of town. The course is run counter clockwise. Organizers describe the course as very flat and mostly shaded this time of year.

Entry fees are listed at $25 for each event. Registration closes October 15, 2026. Participants who register by September 30 will receive a shirt.
Awards include a $25 gift certificate for the top male and top female runners. Running age-group medals are awarded for 1st and 2nd places, both male and female, in these divisions: 1-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and up. Walkers receive 1st and 2nd overall awards.
