New Forest Hinton Admiral Trail Run
The event is based at the private Hinton Admiral Estate within the New Forest National Park in Hampshire. Routes run along forest paths, open heathland and meadow areas, with winding woodland tracks and wide heathland views through a landscape described as wildlife rich.
Distances on offer include:
- 21.4K Half marathon, approx +93m elevation
- 15.1K Medium route, approx +55m elevation
- 10K Short route, approx +41m elevation
Participants receive chip timing, a high quality metal finisher medal, a finisher goodie and a refreshing drink, plus a personalised certificate. The event provides on-course refreshments, first aid cover, course marshals, event photography and fully signed routes. The race is plastic free on course; runners should bring a reusable cup or bottle for water stations.
Canicross entries are available and the event permits one dog per runner. Organisers advise bringing poo bags, water, treats and an appropriate dog lead for canine participants. Spectators are welcome and the course will be marked using pink arrows and tape, with hazards and road junctions signed as caution points.
