Never Forget 5k & Fun Run
On September 12, 2026 the Never Forget 5k & Fun Run commemorates the events of September 11, 2001 with organized running and walking distances. The event is organized by Muskogee High School Junior ROTC and takes place at Hatbox Events Center, 640 S 40th St, Muskogee, OK 74401.
A pre-race 9/11 remembrance ceremony is part of the program. Race timing will be provided by I:40 Race Service using chip timing.

T-shirt distribution is guaranteed for registrations completed by September 3; registrations after that date receive shirts on a first come first serve basis. Awards include medals for the top three males and top three females in each ten-year age group: 12 & Under, 13 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79, and 80 & Over. Trophies are awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers.
